We know stepping into something new often comes with questions—and that’s a good thing. Our hope is to give you a clear sense of what coaching with Soil & Seed Project looks like, so you feel at ease and ready to begin. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions people ask before starting their journey with us.
What if we don’t live close?
That’s not a problem at all. I meet most people via Google Meet. As long as we’re flexible with timing, we can make it work no matter where you are in the world.
What does a normal session look like?
Every session is shaped around you. We’ll begin by clarifying the areas you’d like to focus on. This could be feeling distant from God, discerning a big upcoming decision, navigating a difficult season, or simply longing to grow deeper in intimacy with the Father, Son, and Spirit. Sessions often include listening, reflection, prayer, and practical next steps to help you move forward with clarity and peace.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last about 60 minutes. If you’re just getting started, I offer a free 30-minute introductory session so we can connect and see if this is a good fit.
Do you only work with individuals, or also groups?
Both! I meet with individuals who want personal discernment and growth, as well as small groups or teams who want to cultivate vision, clarity, and spiritual rootedness together.

About Us
After almost 20 years in full-time ministry—running a global counter-human trafficking initiative, serving on Christian leadership teams, writing books, and leading retreats—I have found my deepest joy in noticing what God is doing in other image bearers and discerning with them the season they are in and what the next season may hold.
At Soil & Seed Project, we exist to cultivate growth—both in the lives of individuals seeking deeper discipleship and in the visions of those launching ministries or nonprofits. We walk alongside you as a spiritual companion, listening, offering wisdom, and guiding practical next steps that nurture lasting growth in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
My favorite questions to ask are: How do we become more fully alive to what God has already done? And what is God still growing? For leaders and dreamers, we help bring ideas to life—from discerning vision and building feasibility studies to shaping strategic plans and connecting with the right resources.
We also love leading retreats and creating reflective spaces, helping people grow in wisdom, discernment, and spiritual vitality. Our heart is to cultivate good soil where faith, vision, and mission can take root, grow, and bear lasting fruit.
